Orders

An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you rather than supply at the erroneous price.

Delivery

Delivery times on the shipping page are honest estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, though we will always chase on your behalf.

Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on the returns page and are in addition to your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
