What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, because parcels do not deliver themselves. When you use the contact form we collect whatever you choose to write, plus your email address so we can reply.

Who processes it

• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Resend delivers our transactional emails.
• Formspree handles contact form submissions.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Our fulfilment partner receives your delivery address, because see above regarding parcels.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent. There is no tracking beyond what is strictly needed to run the shop.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within one month.
